Budapest - What to see...

One of the most beautiful cities in Europe is Budapest, whether you visit it in winter or summer... We suggest you organize it from the end of November to the beginning of January when the city is decorated and the Christmas markets flood the streets.

You will find enough cheap plane tickets almost all year round and you will need 3-4 days to get around and experience the pulse of the city.

For your transfer from the airport, you can take the Airport bus at a cost of 2.5 euros, a shuttle bus (10.5 euros) or a taxi (28 euros) to take you to the city center.

We recommend that your stay be on the side of Pest, where most attractions, Christmas markets and night entertainment are located.

What's worth seeing:

Buda Castle & Castle Hill (Buda side)

Hungarian Parliament Building & Crown Jewels (Pest side)

St. Stephen's Basilica (Pest side & Christmas market)

Fisherman's Bastion (Buda side)

The Danube Promenade (Pest side)

Gellért Hill (amazing view of the city) combine it with Buda Castle

Central Market Hall (10,000 sq.m. market - closed on Sundays)

Heroes' Square and the Millennium Monument (pest side, if you go in winter you will find an ice rink and markets here)

Széchenyi Thermal Bath (If you want to enjoy a relaxing day in one of the city's hot springs) https://www.szechenyibath.hu/

Margaret Island - island along the Danube famous for its hot springs as well as the Palatinus Baths - Rose Garden - Union Monument

New york cafe (Pest side) historic cafe to enjoy your coffee and dessert

Try eating goulash as well as wonderful soups.

Activities and excursions you can do:
