In the beautiful villages next to the Rhine...
We travel to the fairytale Alsace with its endless vineyards (wine route) and its picturesque stone-built villages on a route of a few kilometers from Strasbourg to Eguisheim..
How will I go?
With direct flights to Strasbourg or from Frankfurt the distance by renting a car is short. And this season everything is green...On the way you will enjoy vineyards, medieval castles and cellars
Where should I go on a trip?
Certainly on this trip you should not miss the following villages:
Eguisheim, Colmar (little venice), Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg...
To enjoy the famous wines of Alsace in local wineries, and to taste exquisite local flavors

What to try?
Tarte flambée, the Alsatian version of pizza!!!
Bäckeoffe , made with layers of sliced potatoes and leeks with two or three types of meat (beef, pork, lamb), cooked together in white wine in a clay pot.
Kugelhopf , cake, baked with almonds and raisins and topped with powdered sugar.
The villages of Alsace stretch along the Rhine River which is the natural border between France and Germany. You can combine the trip with Basel (Switzerland), Heidelberg and even Stuttgart.
